This old farm house outside of Owen Sound needed some TLC.

We built a small addition on the upper level of the home for an additional bedroom. We changed the roof style from a flat roof to a sloped roof.

The exterior of this home was certainly showing its age. We updated the exterior with new siding and a few new windows on both upper and lower levels.
